" My husband and I were in a wreck that totaled my car, broke my hand, and caused other injuries to both of us. Though not our fault, we initially had a hard time finding an attorney who would take our case because it wasn't going to be a huge settlement kind of thing.
Our original attorney (at a highly rated firm in Austin) moved maddeningly slow and we could tell we were not a priority to her. After 8-9 months, we started looking for someone new...and found Tom. From the start, he was kind, informative and spent considerable time educating us on the process. Over the next year until the case finally settled, Tom was always prompt with communication, provided great support and guidance prior to and during depositions, etc. I felt he always had our best interest in mind and negotiated a very fair settlement for us.
